We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days after receiving it to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Cancellation Policy
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you that it has been shipped, you will only be refunded once the shipment returns to us and minus the shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refused deliveries will be charged with the cost of it being sent back. Unclaimed deliveries that need to be re-shipped will be charged with additional shipping.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers shipping merchandise to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.
