The large bird sculpture measures a little over 15 inches (40 cm) from edge to edge and 7 inches (17 cm) from front to back. 

 All parts of the sculpture are made of hardened stainless steel, 0.7mm thick. All the parts are hand-polished with a satin finish that beautifully reflects the light. The mobile weighs 7 ounces (200 grams) and looks best when viewed from below. Hanging it under a spotlight will cast amazing shadows!

Inspired by the morphology of a bird's wings and their movement when flipped, this elegant piece is designed and cut using cutting-edge contemporary technology, then manually “opened” and “unfolded”. It is influenced by the traditional Japanese craft of kirigami, which involves the cutting and folding of paper.
