"I would like to share with you one of my most unique and intricate pieces of work. The mosquito sculpture is made from a single sheet of metal, including the body, wings, and legs, and has the finesse and delicacy of a real mosquito. Despite appearing fragile, it's made from a strong and thin stainless steel, making it highly durable. The individual parts of the sculpture measure 6"x6" (15x15 cm), while the mobile measures 19" edge to edge (48 cm) and 16" (40 cm) from bottom to the rod. Full hard stainless steel was used to create the parts of the sculpture."

Import Duties and Taxes:

Refusal of Package:

If you choose to refuse delivery of your package for reasons other than damage, a refund for the products may be issued.
However, please note that original shipment costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the package is received back at our warehouse.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days after receiving it to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you contact us before sending back any items, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you that it has been shipped, you will only be refunded once the shipment returns to us and minus the shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refused deliveries will be charged with the cost of it being sent back. Unclaimed deliveries that need to be re-shipped will be charged with additional shipping.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers shipping merchandise to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

This is my second purchase from this shop....

This is my second purchase from this shop. The mobiles are awesome- so creative and unique. Very lightweight, beautifully detailed items. My husband liked the earlier mobile we bought here so much he insisted we hang it indoors instead of outside so I still needed an outside mobile. Our summers are always plagued with mosquitos so when I saw this, I had to get it to hang on our front porch. Who knows- maybe these mosquitos will frighten the real ones away! Shipping was fast, the mobile was well-packed and arrived in perfect shape. So pleased with this seller and his creations.
